The agreement between you and Career Focus Area when you use this site and the simulator.
The service
Career Focus Area provides an online exam simulator and related study material through the web app at app.careerfocusarea.com. This website describes the service and links to it.
The simulator is an independent preparation tool. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any certification body, and using it does not guarantee a pass.
Accounts
You need an account in the web app to use a plan. Keep your login details private and tell us if you think your account has been used without permission.
Accounts are personal. Team seats bought through a corporate plan may be reassigned by the team lead within the access period.
Plans and payment
Plans are one-time payments for a fixed access period, shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Access ends when the period ends; nothing renews automatically.
Prices are in US dollars. Taxes may apply depending on where you are.
Refunds
Refunds are described in the refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
Acceptable use
Questions, explanations and other material in the simulator are for your own preparation. Copying, sharing or publishing them is not allowed.
Do not attempt to disrupt the service, access other accounts or automate access to the simulator.
Intellectual property
The simulator, its content and this website belong to Career Focus Area or its licensors. Certification names are marks of their respective owners.
Liability
We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, including exam results, lost earnings or lost time.
