The guarantee
If the simulator is not what you expected, ask for a refund within 30 days of purchase and we will refund the plan in full.
How to ask
Email support@careerfocusarea.com from the address on your account with your order reference. Refunds go back to the original payment method within ten business days.
After 30 days
After 30 days, plans are non-refundable. If something is wrong with the service, tell us and we will put it right.
Team plans
Team plans follow the same 30-day window from the invoice date, for unused seats.
