PRINCE2 is a structured method for running projects: a set of principles, practices and processes, with clear roles and decision points. It is widely used in government and large organisations, and it works alongside agile delivery.
There are two levels. Foundation checks that you know the method and what each part is for. Practitioner asks you to apply and tailor it to a project scenario, with the official manual open beside you. The simulator has a separate bank and exam for each level.
